Official exchange channels: the verified directory
Impostor groups copy names, avatars and even member counts. The only reliable method is to reach a channel through the exchange's own website, never through a search ad or a forwarded invite. Every entry below links to the official site so you can pull the current link yourself.
MEXC
How to verify: Open mexc.com and use the Telegram link in the site footer. MEXC support never DMs first and never asks for passwords, 2FA codes or seed phrases.
BYDFi
How to verify: Reach the community only via the links published on bydfi.com. Any "support agent" who messages you first about account issues is an impostor.
Bybit
How to verify: Use the community links in the bybit.com footer. Official groups never run "recovery" or "unfreeze" services in DMs.
OKX
How to verify: Follow the social links from okx.com itself, not from search ads or forwarded invites.
Bitget
How to verify: Check the group link against bitget.com before joining, and treat any admin asking for funds as fake.
KuCoin
How to verify: Use kucoin.com footer links. Impostor groups often copy the exact name and avatar, so the source of the link matters more than how the group looks.
Gate.io
How to verify: Verify via gate.io itself. Group member counts can be inflated with bots, so never treat size as proof of legitimacy.
BingX
How to verify: Use the links on bingx.com. If a group promises guaranteed returns, it is not an official channel regardless of branding.
